Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Card and online payment options are also available at checkout.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is usually 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and tracking details are shared once your parcel ships.
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Email maqamofscents@gmail.com to start a return. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right.
Yes. Every composition is blended in-house from genuine, undiluted materials — we are the house, not a reseller. Nothing is diluted or rebottled.
